3. Bookings and Payments: All reservations must be made through our official website or by contacting our customer service. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment details will be outlined in your confirmation email.

4. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 14 days before your arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days may incur a fee, as outlined during the booking process.

5. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

6. Guest Conduct: We strive to maintain a peaceful atmosphere at Snowy Haven Resort. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other residents. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the premises without a refund.

7. Health and Safety: Your well-being is our priority. We encourage all guests to inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to arrival. Our staff is trained to provide assistance, and our facilities are equipped to accommodate various health requirements.

8. Liability: Snowy Haven Resort is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during your stay. Guests participate in activities at their own risk, and we recommend that all guests have adequate travel insurance.

Terms of Return

At Snowy Haven Resort, we prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of our guests. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to provide clarity regarding our return policies for reservations made at our serene retreat, designed especially for seniors seeking relaxation and rejuvenation.

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] or by calling our customer service at +1 (613) 759-4677 . We encourage our guests to contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes to their plans.

Guests who cancel their reservation at least 30 days prior to their arrival date will receive a full refund of their deposit. This policy allows us to accommodate other guests who may wish to enjoy the tranquil environment of our resort.

For cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the scheduled arrival date, a 50% refund will be issued. This partial refund reflects our commitment to maintaining availability for all guests while acknowledging the last-minute nature of such decisions.

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund. We understand that emergencies arise, and we will do our best to assist in rebooking your stay for a future date, subject to availability.

In the event of a medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we encourage guests to provide documentation to support their case. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we strive to find a fair resolution for all parties involved.

Guests are advised to consider purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking. This insurance can provide peace of mind and additional protection against unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation or rescheduling.

Once your cancellation request is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original form of payment, depending on your financial institution's policies.
